Hines Fund Pays $225M for 12100 Wilshire

RREEF Sells West Los Angeles High-Rise for $650 Per SF

A fund managed by Houston-based Hines has paid a little less than $650 per square foot to acquire the 19-story 12100 Wilshire Blvd. tower in Los Angeles, from RREEF. The total purchase price was $225 million, according to CoStar information.
