Broadway Partners Sells Historic Office Tower in Chicago for $257 PSF

Broadway Partners sold the 120-year-old Rookery building at 209 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago, IL, to an unnamed wealthy German family for $73.43 million, or about $257 per square foot. The building was reported to be 97% leased when purchased.
