Hull Storey Selling 11 Malls for $214M

Hendon Properties Taking on 3.8M SF for Redevelopment Potential

Augusta, GA-based Hull Storey, one of the largest retail property owners in the Southeast, is selling 11 of its enclosed mall assets totaling 3.8 million square feet, to Hendon Properties of Atlanta for $214 million, or approximately $56 per square foot. The two have completed due diligence and the transaction is scheduled to close January 2008.
