NY Investor Acquires NNN-Leased Walgreens

Portis Associates Sells Freestanding Retail Bldg. for $6.1M

A freestanding retail building in Tucson leased to Walgreens has traded for $6.18 million, or about $450 per square foot. The seller was Highland Park, IL-based Portis Associates LLC and the buyer was 615 West 131st Street LLC of Long Island City, NY.
