Garden Ridge Subleases 110,000 SF From Home Depot

Home Décor Chain Takes Over Unused Space at Centre West

Garden Ridge, an inexpensive home décor retail chain, will soon open its first location in the Indianapolis market. Garden Ridge will sublease the former Builders Square building at 4604 Lafayette Road, which is 110,000 square feet on about 11 acres. Garden Ridge will open in mid-February 2008, which would closely coincide with the delivery of a new 176,000-square-foot Wal-Mart Supercenter at Centre West.
