Samsung, a consumer electronics device maker with a growing chipmaking presence in Texas, has leased a big logistics hub in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the nation's fourth-largest metropolitan area, taking a speculative industrial building off the market as a neighboring one gets closer to completion.
