Private Investor Acquires Property at 12369 Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga

Peninsula Retail Partners LLC sold the 30,140-square-foot Foothill Plaza at 12369 Foothill Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, to an investment group led by Sechong I LLC for $19.75 million, or about $655.50 per square foot.
