Gateway Sells KC Office Building for $13M

ORIX and Boulder Pick Up 146,600 SF at 1414 Genessee

A joint venture of Chicago-based ORIX Real Estate Capital, Inc. and Boulder Net Lease Funds LLC acquired 1414 Genessee St. in Kansas City, MO, from the computer hardware company Gateway for a reported $13 million, or about $88 per square foot.
