Retail capital markets expert Becky Hance has joined BKL Property in London.
Hance, who was as most recently a director in the retail capital markets team at Colliers for more than a decade, moved across this month, according to her LinkedIn profile.
The recruit qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2012 and started her career at niche retail agent Briant Champion Long, which was acquired by Colliers in 2014.
BKL describes Hance as having advised investors on a wide range of assets, including in-town retail and leisure property, shopping centres, supermarkets and out of town parks.
Larger deals worked on by Hance include a £100 million M&S portfolio sale on behalf of Fortress Investments and a £29 million sale of Horspath Driftway Retail Park on behalf of Colliers Global Investors.
The company said in a LinkedIn post: "Becky's depth of market knowledge and strong client relationships are a perfect complement to the expanding BKL Property Consultants team."
Hance added: "I'm excited to have started a new role at BKL Property Consultants alongside some very well respected former and new colleagues."
