JPMorgan Investment Managment Pays $100.5M for San Mateo Office Complex

JPMorgan Investment Management has purchased the former Siebel headquarters complex in San Mateo, CA, known as the Concar Office Park, from New York-based global investor Tishman Speyer for $100.5 million, or $463 per square foot.
