GID Pays $100M for Arlington Apt. Tower

The Ed Peete Co. Sells Newly Developed IO Piazza Property

GID Investment Advisors, an affiliate of Boston-based General Investment & Development Cos. (GID), acquired the 244-unit IO Piazza multifamily tower in Arlington, VA, from The Ed Peete Co. for $99.5 million, or about $408,000 per unit, according to the property deed.
