Shea Properties Opens First Stores at The Dunes at Monterey Bay

Shea Properties celebrated the grand opening of Kohl's (88,000 sq. ft.), Old Navy (15,000 sq. ft.), Target (135,000 sq. ft.), REI (26,000 sq. ft.) and Best Buy (30,000 sq. ft.) during October at its brand new, 368,000-square-foot regional retail center, The Dunes on Monterey Bay. A 32,000-square-foot Bed Bath & Beyond and 23,000-square-foot Michaels will follow early next year.
