Water Tower Buys Arcadia Gardens for $13M

DRA Sells 200-Unit Tucson Apt. Complex to Chicago Investor

Water Tower Realty, a Chicago-based investment group, has paid $13 million for the 200-unit Arcadia Garden Apartments in Tucson, AZ. The price rounds out to about $65,000 per unit. The seller was DRA Advisors of New York.
