Christian Missions Sells The Market at Cordova

Life Management, a division of The Life Church purchased a 98,000-square-foot shopping center in Cordova, TN. Christian Missions Concerns of Tennessee sold The Market at Cordova at 1800 Germantown Parkway for $7 million, or about $71.50 per square foot. M&F Bank provided financing Life Management.
