Principal Life Sells Normandale Village for $15.84M

MLG Acquires Bloomington Shopping Center

Principal Life Insurance sold the Normandale Village Community Center in Bloomington to MLG Capital for $15.84 million, or approximately $111.50 per square foot. Originally constructed in 1974 and renovated in 1989, the 142,000-square-foot shopping center consists of one main building and three outparcels. Some of the tenants include: Snyder Drug Stores, US Bank, Famous Dave’s and Bentley’s Outfitters. The center was approximately 90% leased at the time of sale.
