San Francisco Investor Acquires Eight-Bldg. Office Campus at 82% Occupancy

Portland, OR-based real estate merchant banking firm ScanlanKemperBard Cos. (SKB) sold The Corporate Center in Phoenix, an eight-building office campus totaling 440,724 square feet, to Bay Pacific Phoenix Corporate Center LLC of San Francisco for $62.5 million, or nearly $142 per square foot.
