Sunshine Apartments LLC acquired the 74-unit Sunshine Terrace Apartments, at 5615 N. 7th St. in Phoenix, for $4 million, or about $54,000 per unit, at a 7.21% cap rate. The Carlsbad, CA-based sellers were Wydown Investments LLC, APSCO Investments LLC, and Crispin Investments LLC.
