Woolbright Development to Set Acquisition Record This Year

Developer / Owner Has Already Spent $145M this year

Boca Raton, FL-based Woolbright Development, retail developer with a portfolio of more than 30 shopping centers primarily in Florida, announced that its acquisitions during the first half of 2007 totaled $145 million. The retailer, well-known in Florida for renovating and redeveloping community and neighborhood shopping centers, has taken on approximately 1.5 million square feet since the beginning of this year.
