Trammell Crow Co., the developer behind a years-old industrial park near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, has unveiled plans to expand its vision with the addition of three new industrial buildings, bringing what could be more than 1.75 million square feet of speculative industrial space to the nation's fourth-largest metropolitan area.
