Behringer Harvard Shells Out $73M for 3 Houston Assets

CMD Realty Finds Buyer for 578,341-SF, Class A Office Portfolio

Chicago-based CMD Realty Investors sold three of its Houston office assets to an entity of Dallas-headquartered Behringer Harvard for approximately $73 million, or $126 per square foot, according to an SEC filing. Behringer Harvard made a $3 million earnest money deposit last week.
