Kansas City-based developer NorthPoint Development wasted little time in starting construction on the first two buildings planned in its big-box industrial project named Spartan Enterprise Park soon after purchasing an approximately 310-acre tract on Highway 221 on the east side of Spartanburg, South Carolina.
