Downtown Property Trades at Full Occupancy for $4.3 Million

John L. Ferrari of Scottsdale-based ABART Properties Corp. acquired the office building at 320 E. McDowell Road in downtown Phoenix from Peter Glick of Glickco LLC for $4.35 million, or approximately $117 per square foot.
