Available space in the Sacramento office market has been increasingly hard to come by for several years, and that trend continued in 2019. Last year concluded with a vacancy rate at just 8.9% for the Northern California market, a low for this cycle. Nationally, the office vacancy rate was higher as 2019 drew to a close, at 9.8%.
