Westinghouse Finalizes Largest Build-to-Suit in PA History

Three-Building Complex to be Developed in Pittsburgh’s Northern Suburbs

In a major expansion of its nuclear power engineering operations in Western Pennsylvania, Westinghouse Electric Co. finalized a lease agreement for a new, three-building, 772,000-square-foot build-to-suit project in the Cranberry Woods office park in Cranberry Township, PA just north of Pittsburgh.
