Water Street Investments LLC, of West Hartford, purchased the office building at 101 Water St. in Norwich from Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation for $1.75 million, or approximately $61 per square foot. The property is a 28,757-square-foot three-story building also known as Thames Plaza and was built in 1986 on 0.73 acres in the New London/Norwich submarket.
