A group led by two Israeli investment companies, Tai Tsuot Ltd. and Financial Levers Ltd. purchased the Lipstick Building in New York form Tishman Speyer Properties LP and Prudential Financial Inc. for $648.5 million. Additional investors at the time included Marciano Investment Group LLC and Metropolitan Real Estate Investments LLC.
