Scottsdale Forum Sold For $40 Million

Cushman & Wakefield Brokers Sell 6263 N. Scottsdale Rd Office Building

ING Real Estate and its U.S. investment management arm, ING Clarion, purchased 6263 N. Scottsdale Road for $40 million, or about $189 per square foot. Known as Scottsdale Forum, the 211,526-square-foot, three-story office building was 76% occupied at the time of the sale. The building has Spanish-colonial architecture and is newly painted and carpeted. Features of the property are fiber optics capability, tenant-controlled HVAC, after-hours key card access, and an on-site deli. Chris Toci, Ted Harrison and Mike Beall of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Wind Realty Partners of Chicago, IL. The buyer was self-represented.
