According to public records, Greystar has paid a reported $69.75 million, or roughly $164,500 per unit, for a 1980s-era apartment complex in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, a suburb about 20 miles southeast of downtown Minneapolis, where vacancy is tight and new supply has been slow.
