ScanSource Inc. entered a 10-year deal with Industrial Developments International Inc. (IDI) to lease nearly 600,000 square feet of space in the Stateline Business Park at 8650 Commerce Drive in Southaven, MS in the Memphis submarket. The international distributor inked a 593,000-square-foot deal to relocate its North American headquarters to Stateline F, a newly built, 740,844-square-foot industrial building.
