Developer Plans 4th Whitehall Corporate Center Building

American Asset To Build 210,000-SF Office Property

American Asset Corp. is set to build a fourth building in the Whitehall Corporate Park. Constantin Wickenburg of Wickenburg Architects of New York is designing the seven-story, 210,000-square-foot structure, which will be the tallest of the four buildings. The building, at 3701 Arco Corporate Drive, is being financed by Bank of America and constructed by Shelco Inc. The project is anticipating a fourth quarter completion date and an asking price of $20 per square foot. Although no tenants are signed, Paul Herndon, president of American Asset Corp., is confident that the building will attract favorable tenants as other buildings in the Whitehall Corporate Park have.
