Hyatt Sells Schaumburg Property $49.05 Million

Harp Acquires 470-Room Hotel on East Golf Road

The Harp Group purchased the Hyatt Regency Woodfield Hotel & Resort, a five-story 470-room hotel at 1800 E. Golf Road in Schaumburg, IL, from Hyatt Corp. for $49.05 million, or about $104,362 per room. The sale price included $7.36 million of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFEs). At time of purchase, the average occupancy was reported to be 74% at an average daily room rate of $100 per night.
