New Owner Considers Converting N. Fourth Street Industrial to Residential Development

Private entity 155 N. Fourth Street LLC sold a vacant, 7,550-square-foot single-story warehouse at 155-159 N. Fourth St. in Brooklyn to GMI Realty LLC for $2.9 million. The property is on the north side of North Fourth Street between Bedford Avenue and Driggs Avenue. The sale equates to $192 per buildable square foot.
