Architectural firm VOA Associates renewed its lease at 224 S. Michigan Ave. for 45,743 square feet, which is a 15,000-square-foot expansion. VOA is now on the 13th and 14th floors of 224 S. Michigan, also known as the Santa Fe Building, where it has been a tenant for 17 years.
