Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling will expand its operation in Milwaukee’s south side into an adjacent brownfield lot at 1966 S. Fourth St. River Corner LLC, a shell company of Paul Davis, will implement the 3.3-acre commercial rehabilitation and new construction redevelopment. To aide in the redevelopment, River Corner LLC has received a $400,000 Blight Elimination and Brownfield Redevelopment grant from the state of Wisconsin.
