Bobac CFS leased 165,000 square feet of warehouse space in two buildings that are the former Prescolite facility. The buildings are 1251 Doolittle Drive and 2375 Davis St. in San Leandro. It will begin taking occupancy in September on the five-year deal. The total dollar amount of the transaction was valued at approximately $5 million.
