intu debenture, the vehicle which owns and finances in-administration mall group intu's former shopping centres at the Potteries in Stoke and Eldon Square in Newcastle as well as intu Soar at Braehead, and 48-58 Bridlesmith Nottingham, said it has received draft property valuation schedules for the properties projecting a further 25 to 35% crash in values from 30 June last year to the end of 2020.
