Texas School Picks Up Austin Reserve for $33.6M While Selling 22 Acres at Current Site to Developer for $56M

Concordia University of Austin purchased a new campus at Austin Reserve in Texas for $33.6 million, or about $166.50 per square foot, while simultaneously selling the old campus to a developer for $56.4 million, or about $2.55 million per acre.
