Four Months After Acquiring GG&A, Babcock Sells Half its Portfolio Interest

Four months after acquiring U.S. mall operator Gregory Greenfield & Associates (GG&A), Aussie investment and advisory firm, Babcock & Brown, sold 48.9% of the 5.9-million-square-foot portfolio of eight regional malls it acquired in the GG&A deal to Toronto, Ontario-based Oxford Properties Group for an undisclosed price.
