Royston Buys Pittsburgh Facility From PPG

RIDC Industrial Park Bldg. Trades to Chase Corp. Subsidiary for $2 Million

Royston, a subsidiary of Chase Corp., has acquired the flex facility at 201 Zeta Drive in Pittsburgh, PA, from PPG Industries for $2 million, or roughly $22 per square foot.
