The Arch Company, the joint venture between Blackstone and Telereal Trillium that acquired Network Rail’s commercial estate business in England and Wales in 2019, has appointed Glenny’s Business Space Agency team to market a portfolio of 114 arch units in London, which together total 145,000 square feet with a rent roll of £2.1 million per annum.
