Last week, CoStar and Real Estate Forum magazine announced the winners of the 2007 CoStar Power Broker Awards, recognizing the "best of the best" in commercial real estate brokerage -- the firms and individual brokers in the U.S. who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in 2007.
