Simon Fraser University acquired a 72% beneficial interest in a 1.32‑acre land parcel located at 10270 University Dr. in Surrey City Centre, British Columbia, from the City of Surrey Real Estate Services for $34.6 million, or approximately $26.24 million per acre.
