Mill Branch Plaza To Become South Pointe Crossing

The 40,000-square-foot Mill Branch Plaza on the north side of Shelby Drive between Mill Branch and Interstate 55 along with a 35-acre tract of land are part of the new development project that Southland Development Partners is undertaking. Mill Branch Plaza shopping center is getting a $100,000-makeover that will include improvements to the structure, parking and landscaping. Currently, Save-A-Lot is the only tenant but Southland is hoping that the $500,000 they plan to spend on tenant finishes will attract retailers.
