Big Lots sold the former K-B Toys industrial property at 1505 W. Housatonic St. in Pittsfield, MA, for $4.15 million, or approximately $16.50 per square foot. The new owner, 1505 West Housatonic LLC, is an overseas plastics manufacturing operations company that is new to the area and region. The property was empty at the time of sale.
