HWL Properties Buys Mesa Multifamily for $13.7M

Woodstream Village Trades at 92% Occupancy

HWL Properties, a Woodland Hills, CA-based investor, acquired the Woodstream Village apartment complex in Mesa, AZ, from Phoenix-based Woodstream Village Apartments for $13.75 million, or about $88,100 per unit.
