Investor Sells Mixed-Use Property at 2727 Eastlake for $250,000 Per Unit

Westlake Associates Inc. purchased the Remi Apartment complex at 2727 Eastlake Ave. E in Seattle from John Teutsch. Total consideration for the 36-unit property was $9 million or $250,000 per unit with a cap rate of 5.2%.
