Hines REIT To Acquire Seattle Design Center

Contract for 390,700-SF Mixed-Use Property To Close in June 2007

Hines Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) entered into a contact with Bay West Seattle LLC to purchase the Seattle Design Center at 5701 6th Ave. S. Total consideration for the center is expected to be approximately $57 million, or nearly $146 per square foot.
