Spotlight Times Square signed a 10-year lease deal for 22,809 square feet at 1604 Broadway with the joint venture between Sutton and SL Green Realty Corp. The tenant, a restaurant and entertainment venture from Las Vegas, will occupy three stories above the street level, as well as the penthouse area. Spotlight plans to take possession in the fall.
