Le Richemond
Jumeirah Group, via its parent company Dubai Holdings, has acquired its first hotel in Switzerland, the 109-room Le Richemond, a lakeside hotel in Geneva opened in 1875. It is now to undergo renovation, with a proposed reopening date of 2025.
Casa Baglioni Milan
Baglioni Hotels & Resorts has opened the 30-key Casa Baglioni, Milan, with its design taking inspiration from the city in the 1930s.
Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr
Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and owner Atlantic Coast Hospitality, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based developer Q Holding, have announced the opening of the 204-room Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr, in Rabat, Morocco, later this year. The property is a converted military hospital with Atlantic Ocean views that closed in 1999.
Radisson Individuals Berlin
Radisson Hotel Group is to take over management of the 701-room Hotel Berlin in April, with the hotel, which debuted in 1958, becoming part of its Radisson Individuals brand.

Pelican Hotel Accra
Dubai-based Aleph Hospitality has signed its debut management agreement in Ghana, to operate the 134-key Pelican Hotel Accra in the country’s capital.
The Emory
Maybourne Hotel Group, the operator of London’s Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley hotels, will open its fourth hotel in the city and sixth worldwide when it debuts later this winter the 60-room The Emory.
Schloss Roxburghe, Destination by Hyatt
Hyatt Hotels Corp. will debut its Destination by Hyatt brand in the U.K. with the Schloss Roxburghe, a converted stately home has 78 rooms and suites, 12 two-bedroom cottages, 20 keys in a manor house and 58 rooms within The Estate House. The hotel, in Kelso, Southern Scotland, also has permission to add a further 50 cottages, with work on that phase due to start later this year.
Ruby Molly
German hotel group Ruby Hotels has announced its debut in Ireland with the 272-room Ruby Molly that will open in Dublin in the third quarter of 2024.
EasyHotel Dublin City Centre
Also making its debut in Ireland is U.K. hotel firm EasyHotel, which has debuted its 160-room EasyHotel Dublin City Centre.
The Standard Hotel, Ibiza
Investment firm Schroders Capital has acquired the 67-room The Standard Hotel, Ibiza, and awarded hotel firm Generator with the management of its ONE80° Hostel, which contains 11 rooms and 121 dormitory rooms.
Vida Aljada
Ownership company Arada has started development work on its Aljada megaproject in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, with the first phase to include the 175-room Vida Aljada. Two other properties under the Emaar Hospitality umbrella that will join the site are The Address Aljada and Rove Aljada.
