Highland Hospitality Acquires Silversmith Hotel for $34.5 Million

National Historic Landmark Sells for $241,000 Per Room

McLean, Va-based Highland Hospitality purchased the Silversmith Hotel from Silversmith LLC, a subsidiary of F&F Realty Company. The 143-room hotel, located at 10 S Wabash, is a National Historic Landmark and sold for approximately $112 million, equating to around $241,000 per room.
